Our events are aimed at local businesses operating in and around Hammersmith, Fulham and West London. My plans have changed – can I get a refund for my ticket?
We understand that plans sometimes change and you may need to cancel your ticket.
We offer full refunds for cancellations up to five days before the event's listed starting time – just click on the 'Manage bookings' link in your confirmation email to get started. Once you've cancelled, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we're no longer able to offer refunds or credit vouchers for cancellations made within five days of the event's listed starting time.
