We’re back with another 'sweatworking' event – a chance to make new business connections AND take part in a fun and energetic group exercise class in H&F.
You don't need to be a gym bunny to come along – this is designed to be a fun, supportive and energising class for all abilities.
You'll meet the other guests over some icebreakers, before the team at Revival get you warmed up and ready for a workout.
We'll intersperse two rounds of group workouts with more networking, allowing you to connect with other guests while your catch your breath.

Here's what to expect:
We’ll meet at 8am at Revival's Hammersmith studio
You'll get to meet the other participants through some fun and friendly icebreakers
After a gentle warm up, we'll start our first workout, led by the friendly team at Revival
We'll take a breather with another round of networking
A second workout session, before we retire to a local café for some open networking (or a protein shake!)

Do I need to be a gym bunny / experienced athlete to take part?
Not at all - the focus here is on an accessible and fun workout for all abilities. The team at Revival are great at tailoring workouts to your experience and flexibility.
Is there a limit on numbers?
Yes, due to the capacity of the studio, there are a limited number of tickets for this event.
What should I wear?
Please come in whatever you'll be comfortable exercising in.
What should I bring?
There's a water fountain in the studio, so bring a water bottle – and your business cards!
Who else will I meet?
Our events are aimed at local businesses operating in and around Hammersmith, Fulham and West London. While the guests at our events vary each time, they typically reflect a cross-section of the many brilliant organisations serving clients and customers in Hammersmith, Fulham, Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick, Brentford, Acton, Ealing, Barnes, Putney, Sheen and Wandsworth.
