My plans have changed – can I get a refund for my ticket?
We understand that plans sometimes change and you may need to cancel your ticket. We offer full refunds for cancellations up to two days before the event's listed starting time – just click on the 'Manage bookings' link in your confirmation email to get started.
If you'd prefer to attend another Hammersmith Networking event in future, please drop us an email and we can issue a credit voucher to be used against a future booking.
If you need to cancel less than two days before the event starts, we will arrange a credit voucher that can be used against a future event booking – please email us to arrange this.
